Video Ads Policy

This policy covers the Custom Video Ads service sold by Menace Made. It works alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. By placing a video ads order, you agree to it.

What you get

Vertical 9:16 video ads sized for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
A hook and on-screen caption text on every video.
The number of videos in the pack you bought, delivered as MP4 files by email or download link.
One free revision per video, for up to 5 videos per order.

Getting started

After you order, reply to your order confirmation email with:

A link to your product page.
Product photos or videos, if you have your own.
Anything you want us to know, such as the angle, audience, offer or style you're after.

Work starts once we receive your product info. If we haven't heard from you within 3 days of your order, we'll email you a reminder.

Delivery time

Videos are delivered within 5 business days of receiving your product info. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. If anything will delay your order, we'll tell you by email before the deadline.

Revisions

Each video includes one free revision, for up to 5 videos per order.
Request revisions within 7 days of delivery by replying to your delivery email and saying exactly what to change.
Revisions cover changes to a delivered video, such as the hook, caption text, pacing or which product shots are used.
A completely new concept, a different product, or a request outside the original brief counts as a new video and is ordered separately.
Revised videos are delivered within 3 business days of your request.
Videos with no revision request within 7 days of delivery are considered accepted.

Refunds

Before work starts: if you change your mind before you've sent your product info, email us and we'll cancel your order for a full refund.
After work starts: all sales are final once work on your videos has begun.
If we can't deliver: if we can't deliver your videos, or can't make an ad for your product under the rules below, we'll refund the videos that weren't delivered.
We don't offer refunds based on views, clicks, sales, ad approval or ad performance.

No performance guarantee

We make videos designed to grab attention, but we can't promise results. How an ad performs depends on your product, price, offer, targeting, budget and the ad platform. Ad platforms review ads on their own terms, and we don't control whether an ad is approved.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use any photos, videos, logos or other material you send us.
You're responsible for the claims your ad makes about your product, and for following each ad platform's advertising policies when you run the videos.
Please check every video before you run it.

What we won't make

We don't make ads that make false or unproven health, medical, weight-loss or income claims, or ads for weapons, drugs, tobacco or vaping, adult content, gambling, or anything illegal. We don't make ads that use another brand's trademarks or copyrighted material without permission, or that pretend to be a real person's testimonial. If your product falls into one of these areas, we'll let you know and refund any videos we can't make.

AI tools

Our videos may be created with AI video and image tools. People, voices and scenes in a video may be AI-generated and not real customers. Some ad platforms require AI-generated content to be labeled, and you're responsible for following those rules when you post.

Using your videos

Once your videos are delivered, you can use them to advertise your product on any platform, as often as you like. You may not resell the videos as a product or service of your own. We may show your videos as examples of our work unless you ask us not to when you send your product info.
