Terms of service
By buying from Menace Made, you agree to these terms. Menace Made is operated by Million Dollar Menace.
What you're buying. Menace Made sells digital products: prebuilt Shopify stores transferred to your ownership, digital guides, and video creative services. You're buying a store, instructions and digital content, not a business opportunity or a guaranteed income.
How stores are assigned. When you buy a prebuilt store, you choose the store type (standard or high-ticket) and the package (Starter or Complete). The specific store is assigned from our available collection. You may share your interests in your order notes, and we'll try to match them, but matches are not guaranteed. Each store is one of a kind and sold to one buyer only.
All sales are final. All sales are final once delivery has started, as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to the Refund Policy.
No earnings guarantee. We make no promises about sales, profit or income. Your results depend on your marketing, effort, capital, product choices and market conditions.
Your responsibilities after transfer. Once the store is yours, you are responsible for choosing a Shopify plan, connecting your own payments, filling in your store's policies with your business information, registering for and collecting sales tax as your state requires, and following all laws that apply to your business.
Suppliers. Products are sourced through Shopify Collective from independent brands. Supplier pricing, stock and approval are controlled by those brands and may change. You may change or replace suppliers at any time.
Guides and digital downloads. All Menace Made guides, including the 32-page store launch guide, Zero to First Sale and Ads Without Guesswork, are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, copy or republish them.
Third-party services. Your store runs on Shopify and connected apps. Their terms, fees and availability are set by them, not by us. Menace Made is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Menace Made is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
