Refund policy
All sales are final. Everything Menace Made sells is a digital product: prebuilt Shopify stores, guides and digital downloads. Because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final once delivery has started. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
When delivery has started. For prebuilt stores, delivery starts when the store transfer invitation is sent to you. For guides and downloads, delivery starts when the file is made available to you or sent by email.
Before your store transfer is sent. If you change your mind before your store transfer invitation has been sent, email mrcampbellh94@outlook.com and we'll cancel your order for a full refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- The niche or store you are assigned. Stores are assigned from our available collection. Interest notes are preferences we try to honor, not guaranteed.
- Sales, traffic, profit or any other results. Your results depend on your own marketing, effort, capital and market conditions.
- Change of mind, not using the product, or not completing the store transfer after it is sent.
- Supplier pricing, stock or approval changes after transfer, since those are controlled by independent brands.
- Shopify plan fees, app fees, advertising costs or any other costs you choose to take on.
If something is wrong on our end. If your store arrives with a problem we caused, such as missing products or broken pages, or a file you bought doesn't arrive or won't open, email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll fix the problem or resend the file. If we can't deliver what you paid for, we'll refund you.
Video ads. Video ad orders follow our Video Ads Policy. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you send your product info. Once work on your videos has started, all sales are final, and revisions are handled as described in that policy.
Contact us first. If you have a problem with your order, please email us. Most issues can be fixed quickly.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
